I deeply admire you for moving in alignment with your values, even if it costs. Especially when it costs. I’ve done so for many causes that were dear to me. I’m sending you strength and expansion in your next chapter. 🙏🏽

I would love to share my experience of this post from you, as it was quite insightful for me.

I will admit that I roll my eyes when I see posts that are like "I'm Leaving Substack . . . ". I admit that I do this because I wonder if it is clickbait or not.

And yet, I saw your post, and was drawn to lean in. This is because I realized that I'd grown quite dismissive and judgey about this very topic. I challenged myself to see what you had to say.

I see what you have to say, and I am so grateful that you've shared.

As a Substack newbie, I appreciate your thoughtfulness as one who has been on the Substack train for quite awhile and have developed a significant following because of it. It helps me see that there are stages to Substack just s there are stages to EVERYTHING. And the minute I get comfortable, something comes to "shake me up" to keep my (as best as possible) from rigidifying. Your post served as this shake up for me, and I am deeply appreciative.
